Top station
Located on the Munnar-Kodaikanal road, 32km from Munnar, it stands at 1,700m. The area gets its name from a high ropeway that connects it to Middle and Lower Station in the valley. Top station is the highest point in Munnar. ‘Neelakurinji’, a rare, blue flower that blooms once in 12 years can be found here. When these flowers bloom the entire area takes a blue hue. It’s an ideal place to spend a day in the lap of nature.
